Shipping Origin: We ship all orders from our INDIA Warehouse, ensuring that your products are carefully managed and dispatched swiftly.
Free Express Shipping: We offer free express shipping across India.
Delivery Times
• For Major Cities, orders typically arrive within 3-4 working days.
• For the rest of India, delivery may take 5-7 working days, depending on your location.
Shipping Hours
• Delivery Window: Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Holiday Hours: No deliveries will be made on public holidays or Sundays. Any order placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing
• Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, your order will be dispatched for delivery.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive order confirmation and once the order is packed you will receive the email and WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or WhatsApp tracking or by contacting our customer support team for updates.
International Shipping Policy

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been placed, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment once dispatched.

The products sold on www.rosemadina.com are picked and carefully packed by our colleagues in our Indian Manufacture and shipped to more than 35 countries worldwide. We are always looking at ways to improve our service, including extending our geographical coverage. ORDER STATUS
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order confirmation number, the details of your purchase and additional key information.
Our staff will pick and pack the items you ordered and hand the parcel to our delivery partner, which will ship it to your chosen address. At this point, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.
You may check the status of your order at any time by visiting the ekart and using your tracking number.
Please, note that your order status may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed and up to 72 during the weekend. During national and religious holidays, please allow for an additional delay.
DELIVERY TIMES
We do offer Standard International Delivery on all orders shipped from India,UAE,Qatar .
Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and commence from the date of shipping. Actual delivery times will depend on the shipping address and might be delayed by local customs' control procedures.
